So I finally got to play the game and was waiting for my refund. After visually checking the picture of the steam key I noticed it was one character off. No problem, bought a new code for the game but this one also didn't work. The ticket was resolved very fast (next day afternoon) and I would get a refund. Apparently this code was sold out and there was no way of telling me, so I had to open a ticket (could not find the appropriate ticket type for this problem). Wanted to buy a code for Borderlands 2, had to wait forever for the code to download (it didn't download in the end). Long wait, no refund of money, fast reply from customer service Should you have any other problems, please feel free to contact us. Please, be aware that credit card refunds are not always instant. Is the telephone number submitted in the order valid and up to date? If not, could you please give us the updated number? Are you sure the email address used in the order was correct? Is the address registered with that account valid and up to date? Perhaps you have been making the order for your friend's email address instead of your own? Are you the owner of the account from which the payment was made? Perhaps you are using any software that could block data transfer? The order has been automatically refunded.
